Principal Attorney

Derek Walton

A graduate from Saint Louis University School of Law, he specializes in Health Law and Information Privacy. Derek received his Concentration Certificate in Health law from the Saint Louis University Center for Health Law Studies. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Working with Utah Legal Services, Derek supports the local community by providing free legal help in non-criminal cases to low-income Utahns.
